It's not about the color, with a seater like that all you can see from the shirt is around the collar and so having two colors half-half looks really bad, it should be either all white or all blue. That shirt doesn't work with a sweater on top, any color.

it's practise. just start by following the natural shape and go from there, make sure to spooly them when you've put the pencil in to soften it, and don't just get a brown eye liner and call it a day, get a proper brow pencil.

I've got a similar hair colour to you it looks like, and I use nyx eyebrow pencil in brown. had to get it off urban outfitters website though, as a fellow britbong. eyebrow pencils are waxier and less smudgy than eyeliner pencils, makes all the difference.
