A bespoke three piece Savile row suit in classic navy with a bespoke sky blue shirt from a high quality brand like i.e. Borelli or Turnbull & Asser, bespoke shoes from Gaziano & Girling in some kind of reddish tone, probably burgundy, and matching leather belt and watch straps. Quality tie again i.e. from Borelli with some type of pattern on it and in a third blue tone. Watch would be in rose gold with some kind of whiteish dial (>implying I'd ever afford a patek philippe). Metals would of course match on watch and belt buckle.
If I can only wear a single outfit for the rest of my life it's sure as fuck going to be something kinda formal. I'd rather come dressed up than dressed down.
