kmart, target, thrift, watching online auctions super carefully: BUT you must be really well researched and clear about what look you want because you can't afford mistakes on a small budget

I didnt know you guys only got that much. I was thinking more 500.
>>
>>9570569
I just changed from the student one to jobseeker (which I'll be kicked off bc I have a job) and it went from $300 to $550 a fortnight. It's not bad.
>>
>>9570569
Yeah it is pretty shit, enough to get by on if you don't need to pay for anything except for food. I think they said it was supposed to gradually increase but it doesn't seem like it
>>
>>9570005
OP do not buy anything from zara. H&M quality with trice the price
>>
>>9569845

working out and workwear.

it's your only real option.
>>
>>9569845
You go to the gym and not be ugly.

There, some cheap ass shirts and jeans will now look fantastic on you.
>>
just buy like one decent pair of jeans and one good pair of hard wearing shoes and thrift the rest.

don't bother going for 'high end' denim because it's rarely better than anything you can get for half the price. cheap monday are pretty good for their price (especially if you get them on sale).
>>
>>9570005
quality is shit but the designs are nice.
>>
Get fucking AA shirts or some shit
get fucking levis
for now
wait till u ballin dont fall for the typical shitty /fa/ story and buy fake clothes or those wack ass brands and look like a clown. stay away from zara forever 21, I would usually say Topman but you sound so broke.
wtf $80 jeans is so cheap wTF??
>>
>>9570735

Ok essentials

1. Pants - There is no point in buying jeans other than Levis. If you need a better fit, take your levis to a Taylor. the total cost will be cheaper than ridiculous fa jeans.

2. Shirts - Basic t shirts are easy to come by.
K-Mart sells packs of different colored pocket t's for about $12. White and black crew necks and v-necks also come in pack at kmart. If you have more money Target sells good fitting quality shirts for about $10 each.

3. Jackets - Go to the thrift store. You want a high quality jacket that will stand up to years of use? The jackets at the good will have been around for decades- high quality stuff that also looks timeless. Don't bother with jackets from anywhere else unless you want a peacoat or something.

4. Shoes - Zappos.com

5. In conclusion - When you have more money, uniqlo is good for sweaters and sweatshirts.

Kmart always has decent oxford shirts.

Remember, be stylish, not fashionable.
