Is there another genre/style/influence for people who love the look of lo-fi stuff but don't really get into the rest of the vaporwave thing? Not big on the music, not big on the logos, the marble statues, but lo-fi stuff like the "Doe Active" and "LPFJ2" videos is like porn to me.

It's not a parody. It is outright capitulation.
It's more of a bitter embracement.
Basically it's someone who read some Situationist shit and didn't realize their ideas failed. Or just didn't care and wanted to go back and do the exact same thing punks were when they were smart and communist, because they just like the aesthetics of doing that. Either way it was kinda clever and impressive.
