A jacket will give you three or more pockets, trousers typically have at least two pockets, pistol will be on a holster on a belt or clipped onto the trousers, sunglasses could be slid into breast pocket, wallet in trousers, one phone in trousers one phone in jacket, harmonica wherever, same for the swiss army knife, keys in wallet pocket and lip-balm up the butt.
