Nothing's "wrong" with it I guess, I just don't think it looks very good.Tbh I've never really cared much about how it looked before, so not sure where to begin. Should I grow it out more before trying to do anything with it?

Don't do anything, they look fine. Maybe add some product with "wetter" effect because your hair looks too dry and thin.

How do you deal with the large oil buildup? I cleaned it with water every day but it was still incredibly greasy and dirty by the end of the week. So sort of gave up.

How do you manage dandruff?
