I travel quite a bit and I need a wardrobe that's both lightweight and versatile, and starting with the basics is there any shirt better than Outlier's Ultrafine Merino Crew? It has no obnoxious branding, it's warm or cool enough when it needs to be and it can be worn for days on end before washing. The only thing putting me off is the price, I can afford it but it's so expensive for basics.

Outlier is amazing if you're okay with the pricing. There's like nothing in their collections that's bad in terms of material.

American Apparel 2001 fine jersey t-shirt is the best imo. Relatively cheap for a well fitting tee that holds up well.

I've had a look at them too, it seems nice but the designs are a bit hikingesque
