Try some varsity jacket or bomber in similar style, just be sure about the material unless you have sewing machine and skills to sew the patch on neatly.
Ebay has plenty of similar tiger patches, the size seems to be tad smaller (or the jacket here: >>9340575 could be size S) and I doubt you will find the exact color. Here's some patches that have clearly ripped off the Ralph one:
