I'm interested in shoes for a tech wear wardrobe and would appreciate recommendations, especially if they aren't too difficult to cop. Bonus if they're black on black. Thanks!
Are you looking for shoes that are particularly functional only (ie, tech fabrics / soles), or just anything that matches the aesthetic?
Wtf is tech wear

Both. Better if it's functional, but I'm not opposed to purely aesthetic footwear.

I bought a pair of Adidas ZX Flux GTX, pic related.
Tech shoes can range from military boots to running shoes, so a lot of the time it depends on the clothes you have available, what you ACTUALLY need in terms of tech, like are you dealing with snow everyday or is it a hot climate?
adidas tubular
adidas sl loop

I'm in Australia so we kinda have an endless summer as well, but i'm going to use these for travelling in Germany. As for what I wear at home there arent too many options in summer but once it cools down I use your typical running shoes, tbh it's nothing special since everyone else wears them here casually as well.
Nike Air max 93.
Nike Shox TLX Mid.

not good for techwear. they are super heavy and built like a dress shoe
you want lanvin tech runners if you want something for more active fits
Triple Black Huarache
A.P.C X Nike
adidas adistar raven 3 glow zone

Adidas C-10

>water-resistance is a prerequisite for tech

I don't think waterproofness should be a standard for techy shoes, since waterproof shoes are normally awful to wear day to day.
The best combination is a comfy, breathable sneaker and merino socks, thicker ones if it's winter.
