my hair is pretty much like pic related but i have such a baby face it just sort of looks weird and idk what to do with it

There is a chubby girl at my uni with this cut. For all these "alternative" haircuts, you need to be skinny period. If your skinny with non pronounced features ( small nose, not much of a jawline) then I recommend getting pic related (the girl without glasses)

Based on that picture it seems to look fine on you. I'd get better shampoo and conditioner though since the texture is shit. As for other haircuts I can't think of anything that would look better that doesn't require you to grow it out, so do that I guess.

From a hairdresser with over a decade of experience this is definitely not the secret of perfect hair. Shampooing opens the outside layer of hair, the cuticle, conditioning then closes cuticle. If your hair feels lank after this process you are using the wrong products for your hair type!!

Not that guy but I've had the best hair of my life when I was only shampooing (using generic shampoos with sulphates and the like), and didn't bother to condition. Is conditioning really that big of a deal?

IMO the pixie cut is by far the most attractive female hairstyle, IF you have the face for it. I know there are a few variants, but I think the one you posted is ideal. Long on the top, medium length in the back and short on the sides.
