I wanted something more formal but casual at the same time. Something black to wear over a oxford and a sweat or a tshirt if I not in the mood.

Right now I have some money to spent (150 euros, maybe more if I really think it's worth it) but my main concern is not the price itself. I am afraid that I won't like the jacket that much or it won't me fit me that well, so I rather buy something on ebay for low price that isn't financially risky.
