If you're looking for something that assimilates very easily with other styles and just has a distinctive silhouette/proportion, then Ramones. I went up on (41>42) for mine and I prefer the extra room and comfort. The curve to the toe actually renders the toebox slightly smaller/shorter than you expect from outward appearance.
