This is what I wear, and in not trying to look great im just trying not to wear oversized anything which is too common amongst retail workers.
Dickies skinny twill,
Slim fit polos, (if you are provided with one that you have to wear with the logo just get it tailored.)
And Just comfortable sneakers.
I see people trying to wear boots or dress shoes with their uniforms and it looks stupid and try hard like they are trying to dress professional.
