Look at craigslist for a used row machine. You can get shitty ones for under $50. Or get a really nice one(Model D concept 2) for around $1000. Should be mentioned the upkeep on these things is next to nothing, so while the innitial cost is pretty high(about as much as a decent mid-range treadmill) the overall cost is NOTHING!(A treadmill costs on avg. $30 to use each month, with maintenance and part wear. A high-end rowing machine is prob. less than $1)

Get ur shit right. Ottermode means pullups and situps. Athletic is the step above ottermode where the body has been subject to enough strain that core musculature (lats, erectors, abs, etc.) has developed to the point that the torso has a convex appearance rather than a collapsed fragile one
