No, that is one of the older pre '95 parkas that are much lighter/washed out. The Goretex isn't as good on the older models either but it's easier to dye.
Go for this if you want one like the image I posted.

A /k/ommando posted a size chart in the reviews. Buy a size smaller since you're more than likely a skellington.
I own three parkas. One I dyed black. One '98 model from Amazon. And another in grey that I found thrifting. All are great but order according to size.
The Amazon one is definitely the best out of all three. Hopefully there's still morr because /k/ was clawing over them.

It's either a civilian repo (lower quality) or someone has taken the time to attack the flags with a quick-unpick, and is charging you more for it.
Buy a proper one and take the flags off yourself. I'd recommend Nugget Enterprises but I don't think they've restocked in a while so there is fuck all size options.

Yeah, I'm dying for a new liner myself. I'm using a M65 liner which works fine but I want an actual Bundeswehr parka liner with that nice collar, quilt, etc.
Ivan had them clearance for $10-$15 but he told me they sold out in an hour. Other than Nugget, I haven't been able to find an actual German made liner anywhere.

Also, the Keep Shooting one is alright. I've seen many people get heavily used/issued ones from them and others get good ones.
Honestly if you want good quality, the Amazon link I posted and Nugget Enterprises is the way to go. Both my second best German and best Swedish parkas came from NE.

It works alright, but it's messy and does take a few loads to wash out. I know when I used it on a sweater, it rubbed off until the 3rd wash.
Also that shit stains EVERYTHING. Tread lightly or have it done professionally.

Never ever ever ever ever ever order a parka based on the American small, medium, large, XL chart. You will almost always get something way oversized. Order only if they offer Bundeswehr GR sizing. I had to give my first parka to my 15 year old brother because I ordered a "Large" and received a GR19 when I fit perfectly in a GR15.
Go with the Amazon link I posted, they offer GR sizes. I don't know your chest circumference but you're somewhere between a GR3 and GR4. Measure and report back.

Also here's an image of the parka with a liner.
There's a drawstring along the waist that allows all of them to look very well fit. You simply adjust it per your waist and presto. Fantastic fit.

That's a GR1 or GR2, both would fit you just fine.
Plenty of websites carry all sizes. Just look around and investigate, duder. It's hard for anyone finding anything that isn't between GR8 and GR12. Finding a GR15 was a pain but I found it.
Since you want a dark wash '98+ fleck -- be sure to look for the double flags. One on each shoulder. Those are newer and will be a darker saturated flecktarn. The ones with just one flag are the older variant.

I have this Spiewak I usually use as a windbreaker. (And as a cold weather jacket.)
It is just a nylon field jacket. Some people give me shit about wearing it, but you know what fuck them I love it. This thing is comfy for me in 3/4 seasons, and considering how skinny I am, gives a nice "too large" effect.
