The problem with /fa/ is how newcomers don't lurk enough. The issue is just based on the way fashion works, how it changes a little through seasons. Anyone showing up during one season will thing of everything as new to them at that point and possible new in general. After a year you'll see the full circle. 3 years later you'll start to get annoyed, and because this is 4chan the more bitter will just star satirically trolling.
