I start college this month & my dorm room looks DISGUSTING. Grass green carpets and fucking coral pink curtains and white/cream walls and furniture. It's a big room with lots of space and an ensuite but christ are the colours disgusting. I was thinking of trying to make it look less putrid by giving it some kind of floral/nature theme, so the flowers on the bedspread (green stalks/leaves and pink flowers) will tie in the pink curtains and green carpet but... I don't even particularly like floral themes because they can easily look grandma-ish. But at this point I feel that's the only thing that will work with this colour combination... I suppose I could go for some kind of multicoloured 60s theme... but... ew... anyone got any suggestions?
