And I disagree, SS15 felt incredibly lazy, it feels like all he wants to do is overly referential band shit every Spring/Summer season - Can, Talking Heads, Jesus and Mary Chain and now Television. Marque Moon might be one of my favorite punk albums ever, but the collection is lazy, transposing album artwork and lyrics onto parkas and t-shirts is just boring, the clothes themselves aren't stellar, the textiles he uses aren't great - and I feel it's unfair that he's still considered the vanguard of "Cool Japanese Fashion" when there are plenty of his contemporaries are doing far more novel and interesting things
Jun's strongpoint has always been his womenswear though, his menswear has always been lazy to some extent, it's just become *lazier*

Overall yeah ss15 wasn't great but there were some fantastic pieces, the huge mouth cover jackets, the creepers, the plain ribbed jeans. The band references I think have always been spot on and very tasteful. No one yells at Raf for putting that Saville painting on his clothing. Maybe well never get old Undercover back with all the punk vibes, but I think designers that stay with one thing for so long are boring anyways. Maybe I'm just dick riding Undercover. The hoody was around $300 for a while but he get dropping it down because so many people wanted it but no he was buying
