Wow, it looked way bigger on those first photos you posted on /fa/. It's pretty comfy now even though that huge empty industrial look it had in the beginning was cool too.
I'm planning on moving as well. A long and narrow dorm room with a mezzanine for the bed is what I have my eyes on. Nice rustic wood floor. Too bad the kitchen is a mess. Will post pics when I decide to take it.

It's cheap and they have a lot of options and colors. I have a black malm bed, which is a pretty basic, angular -and /fa/ish. Mine has a headboard but you can get it without.
/fa/ seems to think having just a mattress on the floor is hip but if you're over the age of 18 you probably shouldn't do that.
IKEA is kind of stigmatized here, but it is what it is. If you're the kind of person who's going to cry if someone calls them out for having an IKEA bed then don't get one.
They're fun to assemble too. At least I think so. I played with Legos a lot when I was a kid.
