So here's a new one for you /fa/,
as a guy who's been blind on the left eye for quite some time im rather sick and tired of those bullshit bogstandard eyepatches, what would you suggest is the best looking designer alternative?

Kind of both, tear ducts are messed up, so the eye gets dry, and it generally looks fucked up beyond belief.
>>
>>8507226

I have a similar problem. I have Bell's Palsy right now, and while mine isn't too severe (no visible droop, just can't move the left side of my face almost at all) my eye does dry out since I have to force blinking hard if I want to blink at all.

I just wear sunglasses most places and keep them on. There's no reason for an eye patch tbh.

I was thinking about this one for example.
Not overdone, simple leather/wood look-alike or some such, not too big and most important, elastic straps.

My condolences, but to be fair, I bet your eye doesnt look like someone drove a corkscrew in there and yanked it out.
[Which isn't far from what caused my blindness in the first place.]

My eye has a 90 degree laziness to it and a general zombie look, not to mention the tear duct thing which complicates matters of infection if the eye is left to dry for too long.

Why don't you remove your eye?

I'm serious, a surgery could make your life easier.
>>
>>8508200
>>8508208
>>8508229
Problem is due to the damage once sustained to the eye, (Long story short, dont run with scissors, and especially not knives.) the muscles were damages in the process causing the eye some severe lazyness.

This in part has caused me mild psychological trauma, in which i never initiate eye-contact and turn my head sideways when talking to people to hide the dead eye.
Something Ive been able to work on since i started wearing eyepatches some years ago.

I know, Ive been to the doctors telling them exactly this.
But as they deemed it an unnecessary operation I would have to pay for it myself. [Socialist country, yay.]

They did however give me coloured contacts, but again, this did not help the extreme lazyness of the eye, so back to square one.

>Me and mom moving back when I was a kid.
>Mother tells me to remove all those stickers I plastered all over the apartment.
>When she was away I proceeded to grab the biggest kitchen knife available.
>I started scraping them away from the cupboards by thrusting the knife upward from waist height.
>Knife gets stuck in the wooden door, I give the handle a punch upwards.
>Knife switches position from being lodged in the door to getting lodged in my eye socket.

Luckliy the knife went in straight and not sideways as it would have gone in further thus piercing the brain.

Anywho, I think really found something:

look at this guy. He has a lazy eye and he is the most badass character you will ever see. He doesn't give a fuck about anybody and has a journey to help his mentally challenged girlfriend. and If you don't think that this guy with a fucking lazy eye is badass than you need a different wardrobe
>>
>>8507311
Deadshot-core
>>
>>8510268
PS. I believe the best idea for an eye patch is to go with that wood finish eye patch but make the strap and wood in your hair color. Just to make it like a metaphor for having hair over your eye. But I suggest to rock the lazy eye and just try to make your overall appear blow the minds of others. like a wardrobe makeover and get more in shape. like make yourself model material

medical eyepatch with lunarcore would look dope

But I have legit medical reasons for wearing one, like how my tear ducts are messed up, so it gets infected when dust and particles gets in my eye.

Its a good idea, I'll try it out, but I would rather find me something akin to this but customized.

if u dont go w a medical or simple black one everyone will think ur wearing it out of choice and not because u actually need to
its like carrying a cane when u can walk fine
or wearing bandages for no reason

also tbh the ones u chose were p fuckin bad
