Is it just me or are those ten pound milestones hard as fuck to get over? today:
half a dragon fruit
one slice of cranberry goat brie cheese
a small apple
wild salmon sashimi
a few pieces of duck meat ( no skin/grizzle )
and a small cucumber

also went for a 30 minute walk with the doggo and did some light lifting for about 20 minutes

found recently that roasted walnuts are a really good snack, 4 grams of protein in a small bag that's only 80 calories

some people find them gross though so buyer beware

Not to diss you in particular but I think it's a bit sad that it's so revolutionary to a lot of people to leave the house and walk around outside. I usually walk around 10-20k steps a day and it's really nice. If your school/work/wherever you're going to is less than an hour's walk away from your home, I recommend walking there. Not only is it good cardio (and butt exercise), it's also really calming just being outside and experiencing nature (ideally without listening to music).

probably just chance it happens around those milestones. i suck at explaining, but basically, you're still losing fat consistently, but the actual weight loss won't appear as soon as you've lost fat due to fluctuations with water/food/etc weight. It's much more likely to appear when you've lost an amount that is larger than those fluctuations. You're not actually 'stuck' with the same amount of fat on you and then down 8lbs of it in one go.

I typically walk 20k-30k steps a day. Because of Pokemon GO, I go for an additional 2 to 3 hour walk nearly every day as well. People who were already active are even more active, and couch potatoes are going outside to play a mobile game. Most people never had to walk around outside if they didn't need to go anywhere close, and cars make it too easy to avoid walking anywhere.
If you can't see why the game is revolutionary, that's your problem and you shouldn't diss people for having that lifestyle.

One theory I've heard is that as fat is burned, the fat cells fill with water as a possible biological response to keep them open in case an excess of calories are consumed soon after and they need to be filled again.

If you keep at a deficit, the body eventually pushes this water out and you see a sudden shift in weight loss.

I didn't say the game wasn't revolutionary, I just said it's sad that people spend so little time outside or active. You don't need to tell me that driving is easier than walking. People still get to choose not to be a lazy fuck and I think it's unfortunate so many people take the easiest route whenever they can. Try throwing a lot more fruit and vegetables into your diet, I had trouble with this too, but vegetables are so low in calories it's ridiculous and they do a decent job for energy. Personally I like to also make sure I have a lean meat in my diet as well. Drinking proper amounts of water and getting enough sleep are mandatory and easy to forget btw

Not sure, maybe cardio helps? /fit/ is all iffy about cardio because it supposedly kills gains, but I don't think it can kill muscle mass that is already there. I have to walk a lot and do lots of physical activity daily, so I can't depend on muscle atrophy.

Cardio should help yeah, how much do you eat? Walking shouldn't really affect much esp on a calorie deficit, unless the other stuff you do is quite leg-heavy?

Your shoulders don't look bad in either of those pictures, but the right one probably does the best job at hiding whatever width there is to them. That right fit is very qt. You have a very nice skin tone btw, although that isn't strictly /thinspo/ related.
Haven't got any pictures saved on this computer. Shame, because I really like high waisted jeans on girls.

Depends on day to day really. That makes it hard to calculate my calorie intake. I feel very hungry most of the times despite eating a lot. I don't gain any weight however. Suppose I should get a very regular, balanced out diet and get a sense of how much I am taking in and out and then cut some.
I have to carry heavy stuff around. Strain is mostly on legs. This is only for now though as I am doing some seasonal work.

I'm really thin at the top (even at 105 pounds I could still see my collarbone as much as in 88 pounds), and just tiny bit more thick at the bottom without any hips (like a loli type of body, if would explain it better), so the only way I would notice if I gained some weight is watching my thighs or taking my weight. I've startet to etablish this eating routine:
-when i get hungry (at around 11am), i eat a hardboiled egg, an apricot and a carrot

-before bed i ate a pear and another hard boiled egg and about 15 nuts (hazel, brasil, cashew and almonds)
-drank a lot of water and a smoothie with mango/carrots/kale troughout the day

I try to not eat processed sugar and dairy for skin purpose.
I know it's a lot of fruit, but they are fucking convenient whilst moving.

Am i going to make it?

Does anyone experience motivation in waves?

I'm not the same anon, but I love how soft she still looks while being slim and narrow in proportions. Ashe Maree has the same sort of thing going on.

When I get to 92 pounds my bones all jut out and I don't look like that unless at the right angle... I just look skelly and I hate it.

A Walk once a day, just around the block even is a starting place.
