I hope all of you are aware that the most important thing to your aesthetics isn't your clothes or your hair, its your physique. A skinny manlet could have all the knowledge and fashion sense with all the best clothes in the world but he'd still look worse than a 'chad' wearing a decent hoodie and trousers. Maybe you can't accept this truth because you're too scared of trying something new, and don't believe that you'll ever achieve /fit/. No one starts out looking like a chad, and I'm sure a lot of chads out there looked like nerds back in the day. The difference is they did something about it, and if you can't accept this fact or can't do anything about yourself, you are a true beta and nothing more.
It's honestly about balance. There's a lot of skeketon praise on /fa/ but there's also threads on maintaining skin, hair, oral hygiene, and physique. People are aware that clothes are not 100% of the aesthetic at play, and everyone who's not half-autistic should know that. I am nowhere as filled out as OP's photo, but I have my own regime for keeping in shape and putting on muscle. I prefer it a lot more than hitting the gym so frequently that I obsess over my abs and refuse to have a social life in the process.

Look man, there's plenty of benefits to looking beautiful. But there's also a myriad of other ways to attain beauty, most of which are far more efficient or at least enjoyable than lifting weights. I'm personally of the opinion that everyone should make the commitment to either look skinny or slightly athletic because that much is easy, but I couldn't justify gymming to anyone. Also, when you commit that much of your life to a physical hobby, you lose a lot of the opportunity to improve your mental state. You might become less funny, less smart and less cultured. Unless you live your life to get laid in the fastest way possible, that payoff is not worth it
