Running shoes come in different designs to compensate for different feet shapes/angles, if you go in to a running store they can watch you run and make a recommendation. And I think you can buy insoles to put into other shoes.

Yes, made for wide feet and comfy even to regular feet people.

I don't get how flat feet would affect you being effay, the only way I could tell if someone had flat feet is if they straight up told me. Also, some of my sisters shoes end up looking like >>11500361 and she has normal feet, so don't worry too much about it.
