Linen and cotton. Don't get fooled by seemingly thinner synthetic materials, it doesn't matter how thin the fabric is, but how well it let's your body heat out. With high humidity really thin shit also sucks because it gets drenched and sticks to your body. Also don't be fooled into wear tight clothing, because it's less fabric or some shit like that (I genuinely don't understand why people do this). A wide cotton shirt and shorts can do wonders, you don't even need to wear shorts, you can wear full length pants if they are wide. Check out the loose thread.
