Buy one of those electric callus removers. Start with a rough disc and then switch to a smooth one to finish. Spas are total shit at removing thick calluses.

So I got the sandals today, and I'm surprised with how light they are. Like, they weigh as little as my watch. I ordered sz11 and although they fit well and don't slip when I walk, I think another half size down would be good too. I generally wear 11-11.5 depending on the shoe design (thicker socks in winter boots, hiking boots, etc). Took the dog for a mile walk this morning, and wore them to and from work while driving and walking a block or two. Feet felt great, but can't wait until they're filly broken in and the EVA foam softens a bit more. For $35-40 I'd recommend them.

They're Birks, not sure what else you need to know. Get a half size down. I wear 11-11.5 and 11 is a tad big. You want to be cradled by the Birks. Should have gone with 10.5, but they're cheap and fit well enough. 10.5 seems small, in theory, for me being 6'1" and 160lbs, but all my sz11's look right.
