how much sleep do i need to avoid to make a difference? ive been barely sleeping and all i have to show are red eyes 24/7
Just use Matte eye in taupe to create circles. Look uo contouring Videos and use the same technique, just with a bluish grey colour and accentuating what they hide.

Sleep on your stomach with your face pointed as downwards as is feasible.
Drinking very little water / taking diuretics contributes also, but doing that is godawful for you. Probably the most convenient way to accentuate dark circles is lowering your body fat.

no matter how much sleep I get I've always had very dark circles. the key for me is genetic, having thinner skin under your eyes and being underweight, poor diet.
