Nova launcher, remove search bar, notification bar and that bottom thingy where your "apps" button is on your screenshot, can't remember what's it named.
Then find yourself a nice pape, /wg/ always has both a phone wallpapers thread and a homescreen thread where you can ask, but some classic, horizontal papes can look good cropped as well.
Lastly, find an icon pack that matches your pape and don't overclutter the screen with unnecessary crap. Place only icons for things that you actually use often throughout the day and open other apps from the app drawer. That's the basics and should make your phone stand out in a nice way.
Now if you want to go deeper and into serious ricing, then look into and familiarize yourself with the KLWP app, it's absolute best when it comes to these apps. It may take a bit of fiddling and reading tutorials, but your options will be almost unlimited, you can go full autismo here.
Oh and one more thing: never rice your lock screen, having a stock lock screen is effay and will make you look less tryhard.
