I have an underweight bmi and I have the same problem as OP. I need prescription antiperspirant that I need to apply the night before or else my shirts get absolutely soaked in the underarms. I thought losing weight would help too but I guess not in my case.

A product called Certaindri. I promise it works 100%

Can and will back up CertainDri. I have the same problem and it works like a charm, even if you're doing actual physical activity in blazing hot weather. A bottle lasts forever, too. I've been using it since last March and I've only bought 2 containers so far.
You can buy it on Amazon for <$10.

you're suppose to apply all antiperspirants before you go to bed, how do you not know that?

I do, once a month. When I used it for the first time, it was quite itchy. But fuck, didn't it work miraculously.
I applied it on my hands and pits before going to sleep as those were the only sweaty places. I had washed it off tomorrow morning (it's not visible, but the package said to do so) and then I went through the day dry as [insert].

I had been reappliing it every day for the first week and started doing so in bigger intervals afterwards. That was about two years ago, now I only use it when it's really hot outside and I want to reassure myself that I won't sweat on a date or something.

I mean I never said I didn't know that, it's just that normal over the counter antiperspirants don't do shit for me for some reason so I was just stating the routine I do that works for me.
