It could be the coat fabric and the trouser fabric, or it could be the shirt, which itself seem pretty, but perhaps doesn't work with the solid matte overcoat and trousers. Shoes are fine! It's not a terrible fit by normie standards (presumably the standards he wants to be judged by considering he self-classified as a normie) but I don't like how those colors look together. The light blue from the shirt (denim?) with the black pants (jeans?) isn't a good combination imo.
