get that shit cut properly so it doesn't bush like that when it grows out. don't bomb your hair with shampoo everyday. I would recommend keeping it a bit shorter and using product to bring the curl out

-drink more water/eat more vegetables
-shampoo every 2 days max (look into dry shampoos if you want to go longer). ideally once a week because your hair needs some grease to keep it from looking too poofy.
-when you do shampoo, get one made specifically for curly hair and condition as well.
-let your hair air dry. if you have to dry it quicker, pat with a towel. never comb or blowdry. I don't know how you part your hair, but do it gently with your fingers.
-when getting your haircut, go with someone experienced / who knows their shit and ask for their input. it needs to be shaped to keep it from looking like an undifferentiated mass but I can't say what would suit your head based on the pictures you've given
