Also you won't get paid the first pay period at some fast food companies. Pay periods are every 2 weeks at most fast food chains. So if after 2 pay periods(4 weeks) you aren't paid. Then something is up.

Was worried about that. 22.5 hours this week, as of today (tuesday-monday), still no fucking paycheck.
Actually, I did get paid once, this is what pissed me off the fucking most. I checked my pay card last night (they have me on fucking pay card and won't let me change it) and there was 5.50 on the account. Min. Wage here is 8.05 an hour. How the fuck did I get 5 dollars?

Get off that pay card, open up a bank account and get direct deposit. Those pay cards usually have fucking terrible atm fees and will eat away at your paycheck bit by bit.

Switching over to direct deposit soon. They told me I had to wait till the first pay period passed and I'm assuming that the 5 dollars did that for me. Got the routing/account number from my bank already. Would have set that up as soon as I started but I didn't know either of them and didn't have any checks.
