what are good brands at an affordable price?
i hate dws
Seiko and Orient are great if you're looking for automatics, they have especially great divers
I got a Zeppelin watch as a gift and that one's nice too
not sure about quartz watches though

just got pic related in the mail
don't know shit about watch quality but it looks purty
>>11392775
how much and from where?
>>11392775
that's some nice shit
Orient runs on japanese mechanisms too which is always nice, very underrated brand
you can supposedly get nice quality watches for cheap from chinese brands like Seagull

3rd for Orient.
Orient makes their movements in Japan, and they have really interesting and creative case design for their watches.
Pic related. I've had this for a year and no problems. The color of the flowers change depending on the time of day.
>Analog watches
lol

I prefer analog to digital. They look better with vintage fits in my opinion.
w2c watch that looks similar to this
Any ideas where to find quartz watch with a white/beige dial, leather straps, not too big (40mm and below) and a clean looking face? Something similar to pic related but with leather straps
>>11393566
maybe take a look at the junghans max bill series
>>11392770
hows the fit? I think Ill buy that one, it isnt that expensive
>>11394304
it's a nice watch, got a lot of compliments
if by fit you mean the fit of the leather stra, it was a bit too large for me but I took it to a leatherworker and he made two additional holes and it's all good now
the strap is fairly good quality leather btw, supposedly hand-made in germany
also the glass is domed whoch gives the watch a more sleek, vintage look

You know you can put a leather strap on the watch you just posted right?
>>11394568
yeah but I'd prefer it if it came originally as leather. i think tampering with the straps voids the warranty as well.
Found the following 6 watches (all orient) and I can't really decide as they all look pretty decent to me. Was hoping if anyone from /fa/ has experience with any of the 6 and could advise me on which one to get

Anon...
>>11394945
I'd probably go for the top or bottom right, they seem less dressy and the time's easier to read
but all of these are nice
>>11394954
I'm not too sure, but shouldn't that be the case? Do correct me if I'm wrong tho
>>11394959
Thanks for the suggestion!

>Do correct me if I'm wrong
I'm pretty sure it doesn't. Your automatic watch isn't gonna break anytime soon anyway, and if it eventually breaks repairs are pretty cheap.
