That top is too dark blue, lacks texture that should go with the rest of the fit, and has too much straight lines in its structure. Something less structured, a bit lighter in color and with a looser silhouette and a more robust weave pattern would make the fit less garbage. It's also a bit too long for how high the pants are cuffed.
