Thrift. Your fit is bland, not disgusting but very bland. Shoes are too clean and stans are the barebones white shoe that have nothing interesting going for them. Cuffs are a bit too chunky. The top is not bad. All in all just beat the stans up or get better shoes, black, white or grey any colour will work preferably fairly bulky. Keep trying and look at inspo threads.

Shorts are Nike, thrifted. I got them specifically for that zipper but they're pretty solid overall. I think you might be right that the shoes are a little out of place. I should really get more sneakers to have a broader palette to work with. I'm with you bout the upper layer too. A cardi or hoodie would be good. It's really hot tho, so it wouldn't feel as good as it would look.
