I have very hairy arm and leg hair, but will it ever be effay? Also does it help that I am super skinny? Pic related is not me but similar in hair length

No, if you're gonna be skinny you should be smooth and twinky. Hair is ok on more fit, masculine men.
Get a bodygroom shaver and adjust the length of the razor to a bite more than half.
Trim back your just enough so that the hair no longer overlay on top of one another.
Your arm hair will look less thick that way.
But for the love of God; dont adjust the razor's length too short so that it looks like you shave you hair and have weird stubble all over.
let everything grows naturally, that's the only way to be /fa/.and body hair is /fa/ as fuck. if it's not, well, being manly is waaay more important than being /fa/.
