Adidas and Nike aren't even playing in the same league. Nike's market cap is about 5 times the market cap of Adidas. Nike will sell more lifestyle product even when they aren't focusing on it. Even UA beats Adidas in the States.
In the last decade Adidas fell back badly, whereas Adidas and Nike had about the same market cap in the early 2000's.
If we speak about volume, Nike wins with miles.
If we speak about design and shit, that's personal taste and preference.
