Ben Sherman harringtons are alright, it really depends what you're looking for. They're super lightweight and the fit can sometimes be a little off, but they're pretty solid for the money. I've owned two and both times I had issues with the pocket buttons coming off.
For affordable harringtons I'd probably recommend merc.
