Anyone else feel like it's quite hard to find pieces you like? Especially since I'm shopping on a budget it's really hard tbqh. I live in London yet I find nothing that interests me despite having (at least in theory) a good idea of what I like.

just lurk more and youll start to find a pattern, you like some things more than others
All I want is a slim white v-neck + black joggers + b&w minimalist sneakers.
I cannot find a decent white v-neck and decent black joggers.

I like a edgy tumblr/eurotrash core that doesn't fade into chavcore (aka fits and cuts inspired by it, but different patterns and colours). I am also inspired by more traditional sportswear.
The problem with getting these kind of fits is that you need to go through a shit ton of thrift shops or just buy expensive basics to fit your need. Which is kind of a problem because I can't afford anything expensive - got roughly £650 to blow on clothes each month, but most of it goes to eating outside anyways.

Emulating gosha only works if I buy thrift or expensive basics

Wtf lad. If you can blow 650 a month on clothes you can easily afford Gosha. Gosha tees go for less than 50 online.
