like, when?
i guess i could return them and save the money/credit until sambas go on sale...but idk when thats gona be
First of all, with cheap shoes like these, price shouldn't be what determines which one you end up wearing; there's not much in it, so you should go for the best looking pair. In my opinion, either is probably fine, but as has been said itt, stans are a little played out, so maybe sambas would make a nice change.

nah I get that feeling too, you're not a hipster. Get the sambas if you must but if I were you I'd find different shoes altogether
Any1 know how to get dirt smuges off the suede without fucking it up

Use a pencil eraser for the dry stains seriously. If the pencil eraser doesn't work, gently rub a nail file over the dry stain.
Avoid using a chemical stain remover. It could create even more damage, especially if it isn't designed for use on suede.
Those were my first /fa/ recommended shoes back in late 2009. I still like them as beaters but they barely go with my current mostly black wardrobe.
