Any advice on how to slightly increase appetite on adderall? This is the second time in two months I've gone four days without any food and while the weight loss has been great, my mood swings and low energy are affecting my relationships with people. It comes down to whatever your net ( net = food - exercise) calories come out to. Jogging will help if you don't eat more as a result of it.
If you use MyFitnessPal it will calculate your net calories for you, but only use 50% of what it figures for exercise - even the normies on the forum there say that, MFP way overestimates.
