If your TDEE was like 2000kcal and you were eating 1000kcal max you'd lose would be like 4kg per month.

It's simple math,1kg is 7700 kcal and i need to burn like 2000kcal daily just to function which means that every 3 days i lose 1kg

~2lbs of fat, more if you count water.

If you just have some date or roastie convention you want to look good for, then you should just diet (since you are fat now anyways) but watch sodium and carb intake to keep water weight down / keep you looking thinner.

Stop with the salt and drink lots of water. Drinking water has a paradoxical effect of helping you drop water weight. Obviously restrict calories, or even fast, as well. Start eating on Thursday so your stomach gets used to food again and so you don't faint when he sticks it in your ass.

No problem. A /small/ amount of orange juice and some (5) almonds is a good combo for combating the lightheadedness while you heavily restrict.

After you should just go on a diet of 1300-1400kcals steady as it is much more sustainable and will get you super thin.

What I meant to say was that you know now that you can do a long-term diet and that you are capable of not eating whatever you want. So, when you do allow yourself to binge, you subconsciously eat fewer calories than you would have when you started out.

NEED HELP

I want to be healthy; do any of you have a good meal plan?

My diet is just to not eat anything all day then eat 2-5 bags of chips (200 cals each) at night.

I have no energy and my skin is getting paler and paler every day. I'm sure with proper timing and nutrition I could have less calories and more energy.

So what do you guys do?


Also any good websites for this stuff? Most sites give you the "I've been dieting for a month and lost 1lb" type diets.

Hi thinspo,
For the next week or so im going to be pretty limited on food so I need to work with what I currently have. Basically I have some potatoes, rice, and ramen. Could I get buy with this stuff and some vitamin pills? I have some smaller stuff around like pop tarts and other breakfast snacks, but I would like to decide on a lunch or dinner plan. Im pretty used to eating small meals.

What I had in min was maybe eat a cup of cooked rice for one meal then a potato for another? Maybe 2 potatos or more rice if I end up feeling really hungry with this per a day?
What I am worried about is sodium I think...

Just any advice on what to run with this food selection or if I absolutely need to get something else. Also I have some tea and coffee I plan to consume.

The only way to prevent muscle from growing if you're prone to it is to eat less. You don't really need to fast, just eat a bit less than you usually do. Not a lot less, since you don't seem to be trying to lose, but maybe 100 calories or something like that.

As for living with your parents, what you want to do is eat high volume low calorie foods (things that take up a lot of space but don't have a lot of calories). Lettuce, kale, cucumbers, etc. are the best, but generally, fruits and vegetables are very good for this since they have higher water contents.

I'm kinda in the same boat.. have been doing bodyweight 3x/week and cardio (c25k 2-3x/wk) on ~1200kcal/day for the past few months. I definitely still look skinny fat but my BMI is at 21.1, so I probably just need to keep working on the calorie restriction I think.
