Been looking forever and everywhere for a coat similar to this. Nothing I've found matches it, but either look too costumey or like something your grandpa would wear.

You'll find it eventually. The Japanese companies that hold licenses are obsessed with pictures like OP. So much so that they'll make replicas even if nobody wants to buy it
