yogurt for brekkies salad for lunch

Lunch: 2 carrots
Dinner: 1 carrot, 1 boiled egg (topped with paprika, salt, cayenne pepper)
Snacks: 5 dates
= 220 calories total

Im now eating under 200-250 calories (or fasting) one day, then eat up to 1600 calories the next day; repeat. I've read that intermittent fasting is actually very good for you.

I also learned that carrots are an amazing snack. They taste delicious and are low in calories, and are filling enough.

I did keto during april, lost 10kg and felt fantastic the whole time, ate nothing but delicious food and literally couldn't overeat if i tried

I'm not 100%, I'm still learning myself.

I really like romaine salad topped with chicken, cranberries, and if you want/can afford some slivered almonds. you don't even need to put dressing on it and it tastes great

Oven roasted apples topped with cinnamon and pretty baller. Tasted like dessert without all the calories
