What outwear can I wear with navy cropped pants that isn't too heavy for hot weather? I wanna go comfycore this spring/summer but I need a good jacket that'll go well with it. Any suggestions? Or a jacket like pic related under £100?

You just need normal clothes for your normal, not hot, weather. just add/remove a layer when needed, not a hard concept to understand.
Clothes to stay cool in actually hot places is challenging though. I go for performance wear stuff:
>uniqlo airism boxers
>uniqlo shorts, theres specific black ones with built-in belt and zipper pockets that I like.
>shirts/other basics from lululemon + other performance wear companies like outlier and ice breaker
>very light no show socks
>flyknit/primeknit shoes are gr8
>tasteful sandals if you aren't a neanderthal and keep your feet clean, no socks unless you want look like northerner OP touring Disney world in florida.
I also have the lululemon palindro jacket only for when it rains down here in florida.
