BMI is shit, particularly online ones where they don't take into account whether or not you work out, just asks for weight, height, age. Finding a BMI at the gym or doctors is many more steps and specifications.

This is actually a pretty healthy BMI for me considering that I have such low muscle mass and a small frame. Last year my BMI was 13.2 (I was pretty fucking sick) but I got my shit together and recovered. I don't look underweight anymore and I eat adequate calories, so.
