This might be a long shot, but does anybody know any #lifehacks to relax jaw muscles?
People tell me I look mad all the time and I think it's because my jaw gets really tight due to adderall and caffeine. I was told I shouldn't chew gum by my dentist because I have signs of TMJ but would that possibly help?
