Nike Flyknits or NBs
puma ignites are super comfy. Not great for weghtlifting, as they aren't that stable side to side. I take them off for compound lifts.

I run in 45+ miles a week in nike frees. I like the minimal sole and they come in a billion colorways and styles. My knees will be gone by im 25 though
