In lots of places at the mall. My suggestion is that if you want cheap jeans that are okayish buy them online at levis or uniqlo.
If you don't want to do that then bleach some pair you like but you don't need more of the same color. palewave is easy because if you don't have the tone needed you can always bleach stuff, especially denim.

The problem with bleaching is that the thread may not be cotton. If it is polyester, then it is not going to bleach, so the contrast of the stitching may look off. So if someone does intend to bleach, the color of the thread should be considered just in case it is polyester.
