Not balding at all, but anyway to make thicker just so it's generally nicer.
I shampoo it everyday so far, and that's about all I do with treatment wise.

do not shampoo every day. It's bad for your hair.

It will get really greasy when you start no poo, but then it will even out to natural levels after a little while and you will be good to go.

>I have dandruff
So what do I do? Go out in public pretending that I don't have snowflakes falling off my scalp?

I've been no poo for a year and I have bad dandruff. But most shampoos are crap. I'm doing research and I've been using a mix of oils that I add to my hair which makes it better and reduces dandruff. I suggest you research to see what suites you.
Maybe look into biotin supplements? it's suppose to make your hair stronger, skin nicer, and nails grow faster
get better genetics

what shampoo are you using?
use T-Gel and use it a few times a week as needed
don't condition when you use the T-Gel but condition in between uses
once the dandruff is gone, condition only
if it returns, back to step one
