Just cut some water weight and you'll have those cheeks. Just don't drink any liquids for about 12-16 hours before whatever event you'll be photographed/seen at. And also avoid salty foods the day before. Once you're at the event, drink as much as you want, your cheeks won't fill out again until the next day.
